11 Months Old
Lately we’ve been getting a lot of comments on Emily’s personality, and I’m (pretty) sure it’ s not a veiled in
sult about her looks.
Emily is a fountain of squawking, flapping, clapping, dancing, chatting, and squealing.
It’s now an established pattern that Emily’s exuberance causes more sensitive babies to cry.
She’s not trying to be the nursery bully- she just gets so excited.

Samuel isn’t scared of Emily, he finds her fascinating.
P.S. Like the first picture
She is looking at you so lovingly! I love her exuberance! She has the most contagious joy, it just shines from her precious face.
She’s walking in the path of her beloved cousins, and yes, even her Auntie Val (I don’t make the babies in the nursery cry anymore…at least, I don’t think I do.) Her excitability is a good thing in the long run, I think. She definitely is curious about her world, and has a go-get-em-tiger approach to life, which is quite helpful at this stage in the game (although it’s hard to see it when exhausted by the close of the day…)
We loved seeing you and spending time with you!
